Shipping policy

We’re proudly based in Cape Town and ship across South Africa and to select international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped.

South African Shipping

We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery in 2–5 business days. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as indicated at checkout. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at hello@fetchpets.co.za. We will assist by liaising with the courier but are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers. We recommend using tracked shipping services for all orders.
