  • Our collars, leashes, and harnesses are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic (RPET), reducing waste and giving plastic a second life. We also offer biodegradable poop bags that break down naturally, making cleanups more environmentally friendly. Plus, our packaging is eco-conscious, and we’re continuously working to improve our sustainability efforts.

  • We ship anywhere in South Africa and internationally! Orders over R1,000 qualify for free shipping within SA. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard payments securely through PayFast, which is integrated into our website. For Instant EFT payments, you can use Ozow for a quick and seamless checkout experience.

  • Orders within South Africa typically arrive in 5-7 days (or sooner). International shipping times vary but may take up to 14 days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way!

  • If you’ve made a mistake with your delivery address, don’t worry - there may still be time to fix it!If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll update the details on our side.If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to reach out directly to the courier company to request a change. Their contact details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.Note: During busy sale periods, we may not be able to modify addresses after an order has been placed.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If you need to return or exchange a product, reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Regrettably, we don't offer any returns on sale items
